A fabulous traditional restaurant - wonderful place to stop for lunch! Beautifully cooked, high quality, fresh food. The set menu was E15.50 for a wonderful buffet starter selection, a choice of 4 main courses and a choice of 6 deserts ( one of which was cheese). Coffee was included in the price. It was all very tasty . We were given such a warm and fantastic menu ( and the chef spoke great English!!) Thank you so much for a marvellous lunch on our way back to the tunnel at Calais.- Parking

Comme d’habitude un vrai délice ! Un moment très convivial , un accueil parfait , les produits de très bonne qualité ! Les assiettes super bien présentes et très copieux! Un bel avenir pour Dolene ! Les serveuses très disponibles et souriante . Je conseille à quiconque veut passer un moment hors du temps ! Terrasse fleurie ! Restaurant très propre !

Ça change de mon dernier avis à Fresnay sur Sarthe où j'ai été très déçu. Ici c'est parfait et très bon et en plus bien moins cher. Je recommande.

Les quantités sont généreuse et tout semble fait maison. Le service raide malgré beaucoup de monde.
J'ai commandé un fish&chips, le morveau de poisson etzit genereux et bien pané.

We arrived at 1:30 p.m. A warm welcome, we were seated immediately. Despite the crowds, someone quickly came to take our order. We had the pleasure of eating "traditional" dishes with exceptional flavor. The portions are generous and everything seems homemade. The service was brisk despite the large crowd. I ordered fish & chips, the fish was generous and well-breaded. A real feast. The place is beautifully decorated, a little bubble out of time.
